About Lee Smith

Hi, I’m Lee Smith, owner of Renew Cleaning Services.

I’m a Scottsdale native and have called this community home for more than 60 years. My wife, Lorrie, and I raised our four kids here, and now we’re fortunate to have our grandkids nearby as well. Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the surrounding areas have always been home, and serving the people in this community means a lot to me.

I graduated from Arizona State University and started working in the floor cleaning industry in 1992. Over the years, I have built Renew Cleaning Services into a small, family-owned business focused on honest work and professional results. While decades of hands-on experience have taught me a great deal, I also continue to take courses and training to stay current with the best cleaning methods and industry standards.

School was not always easy for me. I have dyslexia, and when I was younger there was very little understanding of it. One teacher took the time to help me see that challenges can be overcome with hard work and faith. That lesson has stayed with me and shaped how I approach both life and business.

What I enjoy most about this work is the tangible result. Whether it is carpet, tile, stone, wood floors, or upholstery, there is something satisfying about restoring a surface and helping a home feel clean and cared for again. It is also a privilege to meet and work with so many great families throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and North Phoenix.

When I am not working, you will usually find me mountain biking, hiking a quiet trail, or spending time outdoors fly fishing, camping, or archery hunting with my family.
